University of Finance – Marketing opens Training Course on bidding, public assets and public-sector accounting
On June 25, 2026, the University of Finance – Marketing, in collaboration with the People’s Committee of Nam Gia Nghia Ward, opened a professional training course on bidding, public asset management and public-sector accounting.
The course is designed for leaders, accountants and specialists from units in Nam Gia Nghia Ward, Lam Dong Province. It aims to update legal regulations and strengthen professional capacity in the context of administrative reform and changes in public financial management.
The program focuses on three key topics: management and use of public assets at public service units; bidding skills and updates on contractor selection regulations; and specialized accounting practices, including the preparation and analysis of financial and finalization reports under Circular No. 24/2024/TT-BTC.

The course is delivered by experienced lecturers from the University’s Quang Ngai Campus, combining theoretical knowledge with practical case studies to help participants apply the content effectively in their daily work.
The training program is expected to contribute to improving the quality of public-sector human resources and enhancing the efficiency of public asset, finance and accounting management at local agencies and units.
