1. Student ID Card

The Student ID Card is an official identification issued by the University of Finance – Marketing (UFM) to all enrolled students. It serves as a key document for confirming student status throughout the study period.

The Student ID Card is used to:

•    Access academic and administrative services on campus
•    Borrow books and learning materials from the university library
•    Use campus facilities and student services
•    Verify eligibility for student benefits, discounts, and official transactions

2. Health Services and Student Health Insurance

Student Health Insurance (SHI) is a compulsory requirement for all students in accordance with national regulations. Health insurance ensures access to basic medical services and provides financial protection in case of illness or accidents during the study period.

Key information on Student Health Insurance:

•    Health insurance is mandatory for all students
•    Average annual cost: approximately 700,000 VND per year
•    Coverage follows the regulations of the national health insurance system

3. Student Accommodation (Dormitory)

UFM dormitories provide safe, convenient, and supportive accommodation for students, helping them maintain a stable living environment throughout their studies. The dormitories are located on campus at two UFM campuses: 27 Tân Mỹ Street, Tân Thuận Ward and 306 Võ Văn Hát Street, Long Trường Ward.

Capacity by campus:

•    27 Tân Mỹ, Tân Thuận Ward: 32 rooms, approximately 256 students
•    306 Võ Văn Hát, Long Trường Ward: 378 rooms, approximately 1,539 students

Each dormitory room is equipped with essential facilities to support student living, including air conditioning, wardrobe, desks and chairs, a refrigerator, and an in-room bathroom and toilet. Students also have access to free internet.

Dormitory fees: approximately VND 500,000 to VND 1,100,000/ student/ month.

Payments are made monthly via bank transfer to the account details provided by the University.
