1. BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

The PhD program in Business Administration was first developed in 2016. The program has been updated with a new approach aimed at meeting the needs of stakeholders, including employers, faculty, alumni, and students surveyed periodically; along with changes in the competency standards stipulated by the State for PhD training, changes in the educational philosophy, and the autonomous operational structure of the University of Finance and Marketing.
The program is designed for a 3-year training period with 90 credits, including 72 dissertation credits for students with a master's degree; and a 4-year training period with 120 credits, including 72 dissertation credits for students with a bachelor's degree. The Head of the Faculty managing the training program is responsible for evaluating the training program. Drafting necessary revisions and updates to the training program is carried out according to current regulations. The Rector issues updated and supplementary training programs based on proposals from the Scientific and Training Council after the training program has been evaluated.
2. FINANCE – BANKING

The doctoral program in Finance and Banking was first developed in 2016. The program has been updated with a new approach aimed at meeting the needs of stakeholders, including employers, faculty, alumni, and students surveyed periodically; along with changes in the competency standards stipulated by the State for doctoral training, changes in the educational philosophy, and the autonomous operational structure of the University of Finance and Marketing.
The program is designed for a 3-year training period with 91 credits, including 75 credits for the dissertation.
The Head of the Faculty managing the training program must organize the evaluation of the training program. Drafting of necessary revisions and updates to the training program is carried out according to current regulations. The Rector issues the updated and supplemented training program based on the proposals of the Scientific and Training Council after the training program has been evaluated.
