UFM to host science and technology exhibition promoting knowledge transfer
On 1 August 2026, the University of Finance - Marketing (UFM) will organise the UFM Science and Technology Exhibition and the 2026 Conference on Science, Technology and Knowledge Transfer at its Long Truong Campus in Ho Chi Minh City.
Held under the theme “Connecting Knowledge – Spreading Values – Shaping the Future,” the event forms part of a series of activities commemorating UFM’s 50th anniversary. It will showcase the University’s achievements and capabilities in research, education, innovation, consultancy and knowledge transfer, while strengthening links with businesses, government agencies, local authorities, professional organisations and the academic community.
The exhibition will highlight UFM’s five-decade journey in scientific research and innovation. Between 2021 and 2025, the University completed 487 research projects, published 2,252 scientific papers—including 544 articles indexed in ISI and Scopus—and organised 112 academic conferences. UFM also produced 134 textbooks, lecture materials, monographs and reference books.
Research products and practical solutions will be presented across six areas: marketing and digital transformation; artificial intelligence, data and technology; corporate governance and innovation; smart finance and accounting; law and risk management; and socio-economic and community development.
The accompanying conference will provide a platform for UFM researchers, businesses, government agencies and local authorities to identify practical needs and explore cooperation in research, consultancy, professional training and technology transfer. Through the event, UFM aims to transform academic knowledge into applicable solutions that create value for businesses, communities and society.
The programme will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Hall A.011, Long Truong Campus, 306 Vo Van Hat Street, Long Truong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
