UFM students visit Acecook Company
Coming up next are a series of dynamic activities aimed at bridging academic learning with real-world business practice. With the guiding principle of “learning by doing,” on April 15 and 22, UFM organized student visits and field study trips to Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company. This initiative reflects the University’s ongoing efforts to narrow the gap between classroom learning and the labor market, helping students develop practical, career-ready mindsets from an early stage.
More than just a standard company visit, the experience at Acecook Vietnam was designed as an open classroom. Here, UFM students were immersed in a professional working environment, where they observed state-of-the-art production lines and gained insights into the corporate culture of a leading company in the F&B industry.

Beyond observation, students also had the opportunity to engage directly with company managers, ask questions about operational processes, quality management, and, importantly, understand the rigorous recruitment standards of the real-world job market. This hands-on experience allowed them to connect theoretical knowledge with actual business practices, giving them greater confidence in shaping their career paths.
The momentum of this initiative will continue into May with three additional field trips scheduled for May 6, 19, and 27. The consistent and well-structured organization of these experiential programs at Acecook once again highlights UFM’s strategic commitment to building an open educational ecosystem—where students not only learn from textbooks, but also from the realities of the economy, equipping themselves with solid, career-ready skills before graduation.
