UFM receives national commendation for 2026 green summer campaign

On August 16, 2026, the Students’ Association of University of Finance - Marketing received a Certificate of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Students’ Association for outstanding achievements in the 2026 Green Summer Volunteer Campaign. 

Held from June 21 to August 2, the campaign mobilized more than 8,000 student volunteers across 12 teams. Activities were carried out in Ho Chi Minh City, Con Dao, Quang Ngai, and Hue, focusing on social welfare, environmental protection, community support, legal awareness, digital skills, and youth-led projects with a total value of nearly VND 600 million. 

A key highlight was the Digital Summer Team, with nearly 300 students assisting residents in accessing online public services, digital platforms, and administrative procedures. The campaign also marked the first participation of students from the University’s Hue and Quang Ngai branches, strengthening connections across the University community. 

The national commendation recognized the dedication, creativity, and community spirit of UFM students, while further encouraging young people to promote volunteerism and social responsibility.
