From May 25 to June 17, 2026, UFM organized a series of hands-on field learning programs at Ajinomoto Vietnam for students across the university — bringing classroom knowledge to life in a real business setting.

During the visits, students got to explore the production environment, learn about operational processes, corporate culture, product marketing activities, internship opportunities, and available job positions. Getting up close with the production line and chatting with company representatives helped students connect the dots between what they study and what the job market actually looks for. It also gave them a chance to practice professional conduct, observation skills, communication, and workplace adaptability.

Through programs like this, UFM keeps strengthening its role as the bridge between students and the business world — opening doors to internships, jobs, and real career readiness.
