On December 7, the National Final Round of the Future Leader Competition – The Future CEO 2025 took place with the participation of the 8 most outstanding contestants, selected from nearly 1,000 candidates representing more than 50 universities across the country. Bùi Xuân Khôi, a student from the University of Finance and Marketing (UFM), delivered an impressive performance and convincingly claimed the championship title.

In the decisive round, contestants competed in three segments: strategic thinking, real-world problem-solving, and demonstrating inspirational leadership—core qualities of a young leader.
