UFM student singing contest 2026 concludes with an emotional finale
After more than two weeks of competition with over 100 contestants from universities, colleges, and music institutions across Ho Chi Minh City, the UFM Student Singing Contest 2026 – “SYMPHONY OF SOULS” concluded with an emotional final night featuring the six most outstanding voices.
Organized by the Student Association of the University of Finance – Marketing (UFM), the contest was part of a series of activities welcoming freshmen of the 26D cohort. More than a singing competition, “SYMPHONY OF SOULS” provided a vibrant musical platform where students could express their individuality, showcase their talents, and connect with audiences through music.

From more than 100 contestants, the Organizing Committee selected the Top 6 performers for the final round. Each finalist brought a distinctive musical style, stage presence, and emotional interpretation.
The final featured two competition sections. In the solo performance, contestants selected songs that best reflected their individual strengths and musical identity. In the duet round, contestants were randomly paired with partners and assigned songs prepared by the Organizing Committee, requiring them to demonstrate adaptability, coordination, and stage performance skills.

The judging panel included lecturers, music professionals, artists, and representatives of UFM, providing professional evaluations of vocal technique, performance style, stage presence, and overall artistic expression.

After a series of impressive performances, Tran Minh Tai (UFM) was named Champion of the UFM Student Singing Contest 2026. Le Thanh Van (UFM) won the First Runner-up title, while Thach Thien Nhan (Van Lang University) secured Second Runner-up.

The final night was further enlivened by guest performances and exchanges with singer Vo Ha Tram and Mac Gia Nhi, Champion of the UFM Student Singing Contest 2015, creating a lively and engaging musical atmosphere for students and audiences.

Beyond the competition results, “SYMPHONY OF SOULS” created a meaningful artistic space for students to challenge themselves, explore their potential, and express their own musical identity. For audiences, the program offered an energetic and emotional experience where music served as a bridge connecting young people through shared passion and creativity.
The UFM Student Singing Contest 2026 concluded with lasting impressions and memorable performances, contributing to a dynamic campus cultural environment in which student talent is encouraged, creativity is celebrated, and youth finds its own voice through music.
