UFM pays tribute to families of national contributors on Vietnamese War Invalids and Martyrs Day

To mark the 79th anniversary of Vietnamese War Invalids and Martyrs Day, the University of Finance - Marketing (UFM) visited and presented gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious service to the revolution across Ho Chi Minh City on July 23 and 24, 2026.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Tien Dat, Secretary of the University’s Party Committee and Rector, joined the visits, offering words of appreciation and encouragement to the recipients.

UFM’s Party Committee presented 45 gifts, including 30 packages worth VND 1 million each in Long Truong Ward and 15 packages worth VND 2 million each in Duc Nhuan Ward. The University’s Youth Union also delivered 150 gifts, each valued at VND 500,000, to local policy beneficiary families and national contributors.

In total, UFM presented 195 gifts worth VND 135 million. Beyond providing practical support, the initiative conveyed the University community’s profound gratitude to those who devoted and sacrificed their lives to national liberation, construction and defence.

The programme reflected UFM’s enduring commitment to social responsibility and traditional education. It also helped preserve historical memory while fostering patriotism, national pride and civic responsibility among younger generations.
