UFM pays a visit to Sai Gon COOP

In order to build a cooperative relationship between the University and the Enterprise, on August 30, 2022, University of Finance - Marketing (UFM) visited the Union of Commercial Cooperatives Ho Chi Minh City- Saigon Co.op to discuss upcoming cooperation proposals.

Participants from the University of Finance - Marketing include Dr. Le Trung Dao, Vice Principal; Assoc Prof. Dr. Huynh Thi Thu Suong, Dean of Faculty of Business Administration; MSc. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Head of Student Affairs Department; MSc. Le Trong Tuyen, Deputy Head of Training Management Department and MSc. Nguyen Thi Kim Phung, Deputy Director of the Center for Admissions and Corporate Relations. On the side of Ho Chi Minh City Union of Cooperatives - Saigon Co.op, including Mr. Danh Quy, Human Resources Manager; Ms. Ho Truc Nu, Deputy Director of Recruitment and Training; Mr. Nguyen Anh Vu, Head of Recruitment and Ms. Pham Thi Tu Uyen, Training and Development Specialist.

In the meeting, on the principle of voluntary, equality, mutual benefit and in accordance with the provisions of law, UFM and Saigon Co.op have agreed on the collaboration on strategic plans and sustainable development. In details, two partners have agreed on organizing field trips (to offices, etc.), vocational training, internship, interview and recruitment, etc. for UFM students, allowing them to do the internship at Saigon Coop, organizing orientation day (for freshmen and sophomores), internship (for students in year 3-4), organizing training courses for Saigon Co.op in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Management, Marketing. Saigon - Co.op supports scientific activities of UFM such as paper and report assessment and acceptance for students, cooperate to organize the business semester by module for students of the Faculty of Business Administration and participate in the design of the Sales Administration simulation room for UFM...

Finally, representative of UFM - Dr. Le Trung Dao - Vice Principal  - sent his most sincere thanks to Saigon Co.op. UFM believes that the upcoming cooperation projects between two partners will bring great value to society and the cooperation program will be officially effective on the signing ceremony on September 12, 2022 at UFM.
