Nổi bậtUFM Holds Meeting with Parents and Valedictorian Graduates of 2025
On October 14, 2025, the University of Finance and Marketing (UFM) organized a formal Meeting with Parents and Valedictorian Graduates from all academic programs. The event aimed to strengthen engagement between the University, students, and families; to discuss graduates’ career orientations; and to present UFM’s strategic policies for developing high-quality human resources in the new developmental phase.
In his opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phạm Quốc Việt – Vice President of UFM, extended his sincere congratulations to the graduates for their outstanding academic performance and personal growth. He emphasized that these individuals represent a vital source of intellectual capital, embodying the pride and promising future of the University. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phạm Quốc Việt reaffirmed UFM’s consistent policy of identifying, fostering, and employing talented graduates, particularly those who achieved valedictorian status or graduated with high distinction, to engage in teaching, research, and academic development within the institution.
In alignment with this policy, UFM will prioritize recruitment and assign suitable professional roles to such graduates, while also investing financial resources to support their pursuit of postgraduate studies (Master’s and Doctoral programs). These initiatives are integral to UFM’s long-term objective of cultivating a young, high-caliber academic workforce capable of contributing to the University’s sustainable growth and international integration.
Representatives of graduates and parents expressed profound appreciation for the University’s care, vision, and commitment to nurturing excellence. They acknowledged that such strategic orientation serves as a powerful source of motivation, inspiring UFM’s young generation to pursue lifelong learning, innovation, and contribution to the academic community.
The meeting served not only as an occasion to honor exceptional academic achievement but also as a manifestation of UFM’s strategic vision in internal human resource development — fostering a generation of competent, dedicated, and forward-thinking educators and researchers who will contribute to the advancement of education and society.
