UFM holds first student affairs conference in 2026
On March 31, 2026, UFM held the first student affairs conference of 2026, with the participation of Dr. Cao Tan Huy, Vice President of the University, along with representatives of functional departments and class representatives from the Long Truong and Tan Thuan campuses. The conference served as an important forum to strengthen dialogue between the University and its students, promptly capture their concerns and aspirations, and address issues arising during their study and training process.
At the conference, the University listened to many practical contributions from students studying at both campuses. Representatives of class committees openly discussed and raised concerns regarding conduct scores, criteria for evaluating and recognizing student awards, class schedules and study hours, as well as facilities and living conditions supporting learning and student life.
All opinions were acknowledged and directly addressed by the University leadership and representatives of relevant units at the conference. The University also committed to continuing to review, adjust, and improve these aspects in the near future to ensure students’ rights and enhance their overall learning experience.
The first Student Affairs Conference of 2026 not only helped resolve existing difficulties and concerns but also laid the foundation for UFM to further improve the quality of management, services, and student support in the time ahead.
