On April 19, 2026, UFM  successfully organized the third round of the V-SAT exam in Ho Chi Minh City. This computer-based competency assessment method continues to attract strong interest during this year's admissions cycle. Notably, the number of participants in this round saw a significant increase compared to the second round, reflecting growing student interest in a modern, flexible, and promising admission option.

In particular, the third round of the V-SAT exam at UFM recorded 367 participants and 1,156 test attempts across 8 subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Literature, History, Geography, and English. Compared to the second round, the scale of the exam grew impressively: the number of participants increased by more than 180%, and the number of test attempts rose by over 164%. This demonstrates that V-SAT is becoming an increasingly prominent choice for candidates amid the diversification of admission methods.
More than just a knowledge assessment, V-SAT provides an active admissions pathway, helping candidates reduce pressure and flexibly develop strategies for applying to academic programs that align with their abilities. Notably, with the exam results currently being used by nearly 30 universities for admissions, the outreach and practical value of V-SAT are becoming increasingly evident.

After the exam in Ho Chi Minh City, the V-SAT 2026 journey will continue with several upcoming test locations extending into early July. As per the proposed schedule, the fourth round will take place from May 8 to May 10 in Ho Chi Minh City, while subsequent rounds will be held in Quang Binh, Hue, Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Ngai, and Dak Lak, with the final round scheduled for July 2 and 3 in Ho Chi Minh City. By expanding test locations across multiple regions, UFM continues to create favorable conditions for candidates nationwide to participate, increasing their chances of admission and bringing them closer to their dream fields of study.
