On October 17, 2025, the 5th National Conference on Logistics and Supply Chain Management in Vietnam (CLSCM-2025), themed “The New Era of Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Technology – Automation – Green Growth”, was held at Nha Trang University, Khanh Hoa Province.

The conference was initiated by the Vietnam Association for Logistics Manpower Development (VALOMA) and co-organized by several universities, including Foreign Trade University, University of Economics – The University of Danang, University of Finance – Marketing (UFM), University of Economics and Law – Vietnam National University HCMC, Vietnam Maritime University, and Nha Trang University.

Among the distinguished speakers was Dr. Le Quang Trung, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Maritime Corporation, who delivered a presentation on the evolving trends of the logistics industry.

With its theme focusing on technology, automation, and green growth, CLSCM-2025 featured 54 research papers highlighting strategic global trends where technology, digital transformation, and sustainability are the cornerstones shaping the future of logistics. The conference provided a forum for scholars, business leaders, and policymakers to exchange insights, develop initiatives, and propose solutions to enhance Vietnam’s logistics competitiveness. It also fostered extensive collaboration in research, training, and technology transfer, contributing to building an innovative, smart, and green logistics ecosystem that supports sustainable socio-economic development.

CLSCM 2025 attracted over 200 participants, including scientists, experts, managers, and enterprises from across the country.

After several parallel discussion sessions, the Organizing Committee selected and honored six outstanding research papers, including three from the University of Finance – Marketing (UFM), recognizing the university’s strong contribution to logistics and supply chain management research in Vietnam.
