Over the past few days, the University of Finance – Marketing (UFM) has implemented a series of admissions counseling and career orientation activities in Ho Chi Minh City and several other provinces and cities, continuing to affirm its role in accompanying high school students during the crucial preparation period for the 2026 university admissions season.

The program series not only provides official and up-to-date admissions information but also supports career guidance, helping students in grades 10, 11, and 12, as well as their parents, proactively build learning pathways aligned with students’ abilities, interests, and future goals.

In the context of increasingly diverse and competitive choices of academic majors, admissions counseling and career guidance are regarded as a practical bridge between universities and high school students. Through direct consultation sessions, the UFM team focused on clarifying key issues of interest to students, including admission methods for 2026, subject combinations, scholarship policies, internship and employment opportunities, the learning environment, and career development orientations across different fields of study.

With a friendly, systematic, and evidence-based approach, UFM supports students and parents in addressing concerns, reducing information “noise,” and thereby enhancing informed decision-making throughout the process of choosing a major and selecting a university.

At the counseling venues, the atmosphere was dynamic and engaging, with active participation from a large number of students. Many proactively raised questions about aptitude requirements, career prospects, academic programs, and the skills that should be developed early to meet admission standards and long-term career orientations. The students’ enthusiasm and open interaction became a highlight of the activity series, while also underscoring the growing demand for access to official admissions information and early, structured career guidance.

The University of Finance – Marketing reaffirms its commitment to further expanding admissions counseling and career guidance programs in the coming period, with the aim of improving the quality of prospective applicants and supporting high school students nationwide in accessing official, timely, and effective admissions information for the 2026 intake. With a strong sense of social responsibility and a sustainable development orientation, UFM will continue to accompany students on their journey of shaping their futures, contributing to the dissemination of practical and human-centered educational values.
