Seminar on “Operational mechanism of university branches under education law No. 125/2025/QH: Opportunities, challenges, and implementation directions”
Also on May 6, 2026, UFM hosted a seminar titled “Operational Mechanism of University Branches Under Education Law No. 125/2025/QH: Opportunities, Challenges, and Implementation Directions.”
The seminar was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Tien Dat, University President, with the participation of the Board of Directors, unit leaders, experts, guest speakers, and representatives from relevant departments, faculties, and institutes.
During the program, participants focused on discussing and analyzing key issues in the operation of university branches, including legal frameworks, organizational models, decentralization and delegation of authority, training management, quality assurance, communications, and admissions. Several presentations shared practical experiences in the governance of multi-campus universities and proposed solutions for developing branch models aligned with UFM’s conditions and strategic directions.

The seminar played an important role in clarifying new regulations and provisions related to the organization and operation of university branches within higher education institutions. It also identified opportunities and challenges and proposed suitable solutions for UFM in developing a multi-campus university model.
Notably, the seminar discussions provided a practical foundation for improving the governance, operations, and development models of the University of Finance and Marketing’s branches, ensuring effectiveness and sustainability.
