Meeting with newly recruited and appointed PhD holders as full-time lecturers
On the afternoon of June 11, 2026, UFM held a meeting with PhD-qualified candidates who were recruited and appointed as full-time lecturers during the first six months of 2026.
The program was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Tien Dat – Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the University.
The meeting aimed to strengthen connections between the University’s leadership and highly qualified personnel and to demonstrate the University’s commitment to attracting and developing lecturers and researchers.

In his remarks, the President emphasized that highly qualified faculty members play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of training, advancing scientific research, and affirming the University’s academic reputation.
The newly appointed lecturers expressed their desire to work in a dynamic and professional academic environment where they can fully leverage their expertise and research experience, and contribute to teaching, knowledge transfer, and student development.

Through this initiative, the University continues to demonstrate its proactive approach to building a faculty team with strong professional expertise, robust research capacity, and an integration-oriented mindset.
