On May 23, 2026, the University of Finance – Marketing organized its Integrated Recruitment Day – Job Fair 2026 at the Long Truong Campus under the theme “Connecting Opportunities, Expanding Futures.”

The event brought together more than 60 businesses with 70 recruitment booths, offering over 4,000 full-time, part-time and internship positions. It attracted more than 5,000 students, postgraduate learners and alumni.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Trung Dao, Vice Rector and Head of the Organizing Committee, emphasized that business participation reflected confidence in the University’s training quality. He encouraged students to use the event to better understand labour-market expectations and strengthen their professional knowledge, workplace skills and adaptability.

Recruitment booths featured direct interviews, career counselling, CV reviews and employment connections across finance, banking, marketing, e-commerce, business administration, import-export, fintech, tourism and hospitality.

A major highlight was the dialogue between students and business executives. Speakers shared practical insights into recruitment trends, CV preparation, digital adaptability, career planning and the competencies required of young employees.

The University also launched its Alumni Entrepreneurs Club, creating a long-term network linking alumni, businesses and students in training, recruitment, career guidance and entrepreneurship support.

Job Fair 2026 reaffirmed the University’s practice-oriented education strategy and its commitment to preparing students for an increasingly competitive and technology-driven labour market.
