The paper titled Can We Make Good Financial Decisions? The Answer is Probably “No” was presented by Prof. Dr. Robert Durand at the Plenary session.
The author mentions the " Efficient Market Hypothesis," (EMH) which states that markets efficiently process information by changing prices to reflect expectations and information. The author highlights the transition from traditional to behavioral finance. Financial decisions are influenced by psychology, genetic and biological factors, and personality. The relationship between price changes and the five personality types (negative emotions, extroversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, and conscientiousness) was also investigated. The findings indicated that overconfidence and overreaction have an impact on foreign exchange investment decisions. Furthermore, the author recognizes that extroverted and sensitive personalities frequently lead to price bubbles. Finally, the author concludes that individual's biological and psychological characteristics influence people and easily lead them to make poor decisions.

The paper titled Promoting Sustainable Banking Performance through Financial Inclusion in Rising Economic Powers was presented at the closing session by Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Ali (UCSI, Malaysia).
The study seeks to comprehend the relationship between comprehensive policies and the sustainable development of banks. The author confirmed the comprehensive policy application increasing the ROA, ROE, and NIM of banks using parameters from economic data of emerging economies obtained from the "World Monetary Fund and Global Policy Development" and Estimation Techniques (Cross-dependence test), Panel data cointegration, Long-term Elasticity, Heterogeneous Causality Test method, and Regression long-term Impact Estimation. The deposit-to-loan spread and financial stability of the bank are also related to bank profitability in other emerging economies. Based on the findings, the author offers advice on how to ensure a positive relationship between inclusive policy, banking operations development, and profit growth.
These initiatives involve expanding the reach of ATMs, establishing branches in rural areas, facilitating low-income people's access to credit, promoting lending guidelines for fresh small and medium-sized businesses, and maintaining a stable monetary policy.
