On the afternoon of April 14, 2026, UFM hosted the program “Career Talk 2026 – Connecting Your Future with Marriott International Vietnam,” attracting nearly 600 UFM students. The event was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Trung Dao, Vice Rector of the University, and created a dynamic, large-scale, and practical networking space for students interested in tourism, hospitality, and service industries.

More than just an opportunity for students to connect with employers, the program also reflected UFM’s ongoing efforts to align academic training with real-world practice, helping students approach the labor market while still at university.

With the participation of Marriott International Vietnam, the event became an inspiring career forum where UFM students could directly listen to, interact with, and connect with industry experts, managers, and business representatives in the international hospitality sector. The lively atmosphere and strong student turnout highlighted the appeal of a program that not only provides career orientation but also opens up practical opportunities closely aligned with current recruitment needs.

Through real-world insights shared by general managers, department heads, and experts from the Marriott system, students gained a deeper understanding of professional working environments, corporate culture, and international standards. At the same time, they were introduced to internship and job opportunities, as well as essential skills needed to succeed in a global context.
