“Transformation Tables – Maxwell Leadership” Training Program
On May 29, 2026, UFM organized a training program for leaders of its units based on the “Transformation Tables – Maxwell Leadership” methodology. The program aimed to enhance leadership capacity and create a space for managers to reflect on their roles, responsibilities, and leadership capabilities in the rapidly evolving higher education landscape.
A highlight of the program was the roundtable discussion format, which emphasized interaction, active listening, and the sharing of practical experiences. Participants jointly analyzed case studies, exchanged perspectives, and directly connected the discussions to their own management practices.
The training content focused on two key themes: “Commitment” and “Initiative.” The theme of “Commitment” underscored the importance of honoring promises, remaining steadfast in pursuing goals, and building trust within the organization. “Initiative,” meanwhile, encouraged a proactive mindset—being willing to think boldly, propose ideas, and create new value in one’s work.
Through this program, the University continues to strengthen the development of its leadership and management team, gradually fostering a positive, responsible, and inspiring leadership culture.
