UFM Hosts Gathering in Celebration of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20)
On the morning of November 20, 2025, the University of Finance and Marketing (UFM) solemnly held a gathering to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day in a warm, respectful, and deeply appreciative atmosphere. The event welcomed the participation of the Party Committee, the University Council, the Board of Rectors, former university leaders across various periods, along with a large number of lecturers, staff, and students.
In his remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phạm Tiến Đạt, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the University, emphasized the significance of this meaningful occasion. He expressed sincere appreciation for the dedication and contributions of UFM’s teaching staff in education, scientific research, and in strengthening the University’s reputation within Vietnam’s higher education system.

At the gathering, the University announced and presented numerous state-level and Ministry of Finance commendations to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025. Notably, six UFM lecturers were recognized as Associate Professors—a record number that marks an important milestone in enhancing the quality and academic stature of the University’s faculty.
The ceremony also became especially moving with heartfelt remarks shared by a faculty representative and a touching message of gratitude delivered by a student, expressing deep appreciation for their teachers. The program concluded with special musical performances by UFM lecturers, creating a warm and emotionally rich atmosphere.
The November 20, 2025 gathering left many beautiful and memorable impressions, reaffirming the University’s tradition of honoring educators and expressing deep gratitude to those who continue to devote themselves to UFM’s mission of education and training.
