Department of Facility Management

DEPARTMENT OF FACILITY MANAGEMENT

  • The Deaprtment of Facility Management (DFM), also called Department of Equipment & Facilities Management, was established under the decision of the President of the University of Finance & Marketing (UFM). DFM has the function of advising on and assisting the President in managing, synthesizing, proposing ideas, implementing the planning, construction, repair, asset management and school facilities management. DFM’s main tasks include:
    • Managing investment projects for new construction and renovation.
    • Managing the operation and repair of school facilities.
    • Purchasing, distributing machinery, equipment, stationery and work tools.
    • Administrating facilities (buildings, warehouses, land, equipment …).
  • DFM consists of 9 staff members in three divisions:
      Operation, repair
    • Facilities management, building
    • Project managing board of 2/4 Trần Xuân Soạn campus
  • UFM’s facilities in the past years have increased in terms of quantity and quality. Most of the facilities and equipment for teaching, learning and working are newly invested and modernized to improve teaching quality and work efficiency.
  • In recent years, the Department has made many efforts, striving to fulfill the assigned tasks and received many certificates of merit from various authority levels: Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Finance, the HCMC People's Committee City, and from the Prime Minister.
