Center for International Cooperation


  • The Center for International Cooperation (CIC) was established under the decision of the President of the University of Finance & Marketing (UFM) in October 2011. Currently, the Center consists of 1 associate professor and 6 officers who have hold university and postgraduate degrees.
  • Since its founding, CIC has contributed to bringing UFM’s international co-operation to a new stage of development. In the past several years the University has expanded its partnership with many partners from the world’s advanced education institutions such as North Western Polytechnic University (USA), Saint Francis University (USA), Victoria University (Australia), The University of Teesside (UK), Swinburne University (Australia), HELP (Malaysia), and this is the first time UFM has implemented joint projects to offer post-graduate programs (master's degree) with advanced universities around the world.
  • In recent years, CIC has made continuous efforts and obtained certain achievements in the admissions, training and international collaboration, namely,
    • Having trained nearly 300 masters in International Finance & Banking under the program affiliated with North Western Polytechnic University (USA) and Master of Business Administration affiliated with HELP University (Malaysia).
    • Having trained nearly 500 Bachelors of Business in cooperation with HELP University (Malaysia).
    • In 2015, CIC successfully transferred six UFM students from its high-quality program to Teesside College (UK) and one student of the same program to James Cook University (Singapore)
    • In 2016, CIC also introduced and supported 2 UFM students to study at Adelaide University (Australia) and Deakin University (Australia).
  • CIC is a place for students to make their dream of studying abroad and in-country study in low cost and high quality programs. The goal of CIC is to strive to be one of the nation's premier international quality training centers, offering accredited and internationally-recognized training programs to serve the community and generations of learners.
  • In the time to come, the University of Finance - Marketing plans to upgrade CIC to become an International Training Institute to expand its international cooperation, enhancing the quality of training and meet the increasing needs of students’ study abroad and in local-international training.
